General information about our accommodation.
Q: What are the reception times?
The reception times are 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 4pm Saturday & Sunday
Q: Are you open on Christmas Day?
Reception will be unattended, check-in and check-out can be done via our late arrival system.
The restaurant will also be closed for Breakfast and Dinner.
If you will be staying with us over the Christmas Break, speak to our staff about local restaurants that will be open for Christmas trade.
Q: What are your Booking Terms and Conditions?
A Credit Card will be required on arrival if not already supplied, and the number will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.
If a Credit Card is not available we will require a Security Deposit of $300 in cash to be held in the safe until departure. You will also be asked to provide photo identification upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: as from July 1st, 2011 a 3% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions.
Our CHECK IN time is FROM 2 P.M. Please contact the resort if you are planning on arriving earlier but please note that access to your apartment cannot be guaranteed until 2pm.
Should you be arriving after office hours (6pm Monday to Friday & 4pm Saturday & Sunday), please contact us on the morning of your arrival so we can arrange your Out of Hours Arrival.
CHECK OUT time is 10 A.M. Late checkouts, if available, are at $20 per hour after 10am.
Please note that this would need to be requested with Reception after your arrival and cannot be guaranteed. However you may use the resort facilities until 5pm on your day of departure.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
At the time of booking, you will be required to pay two separate deposits.
10% of the total reservation will be taken by eTourism Holidays (the agent) and a further amount will be taken by Ivory Palms Resort (the property) as per below;
Low Season - Deposit required $200
Mid Season - Deposit required $300
High Season - Deposit required $500
*Please note - if the total reservation cost is less than the above two payments, then full balance will be taken upfront.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that we highly recommend Travel Insurance to all guests
Low Season -
Cancellation 28 days or more prior to arrival: Deposit refund less an Admin fee of $45.00 plus GST Cancellation inside 15 days of arrival: Forfeiture of full deposit paid
Cancellation 8 days or less of arrival: Charge of 2 days accommodation charged
After arrival: No refund due to shortened length of stay
Mid Season -
Cancellation 28 days or more prior to arrival: Deposit refund less an Admin fee of $45.00 plus GST
Cancellation inside 15 days of arrival: Forfeiture of full deposit paid
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival : Full amount of accommodation will be charged
After arrival: No refund due to shortened length of stay
High Season -
Cancellation 28 days or more prior to arrival: Deposit refund less an Admin fee of $45.00 plus GST
Cancellation inside 15 days of arrival: Forfeiture of full deposit paid
