What are the reception times?

The reception times are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 6pm Friday and 8.30am – 3pm Saturday & Sunday

Are you open on Christmas Day?

Reception will be unattended, check-in and check-out can be done via our late arrival system.
The restaurant will also be closed for Breakfast and Dinner.
If you will be staying with us over the Christmas Break, speak to our staff about local restaurants that will be open for Christmas trade.

What are your Booking Terms and Conditions?

A Credit Card will be required on arrival if not already supplied, and the number will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.
If a Credit Card is not available we will require a Security Deposit of $300 in cash to be held in the safe until departure. You will also be asked to provide photo identification upon arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: Any form of Credit Card Payment will attract a Surcharge (2% Visa & Mastercard and 4% Amex). Your quotation is firm once a deposit has been received.

Our CHECK IN time is FROM 2 P.M. Please contact the resort if you are planning on arriving earlier but please note that access to your apartment cannot be guaranteed until 2pm.
Should you be arriving after office hours (5pm weekdays  & 3pm Saturday & Sunday), please contact us prior to your arrival so we can advise you of our after hours procedures.

CHECK OUT time is 10 A.M. Late checkouts, if available, are at $20 per hour after 10am.
Please note that this would need to be requested with Reception after your arrival and cannot be guaranteed. However you may use the resort facilities until 5pm on your day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Amendments made to a booking may incur a fee. Please note that we highly recommend Travel Insurance to all guests and do not refund or rebook due to inclement weather or disinclination to travel.

Low Season – Deposit required is $200

Mid Season – Deposit required is $300

Activities (2)

Can we hire Tennis Equipment and where do we make bookings?

Yes, you can hire racquets for $2 each and $5 balls which are brand new and you get to keep. All bookings can be made via reception.

What times can we play Tennis?

Both Tennis Courts are open from 8am – 9pm. Bookings go on the hour.

7am – 9.30am 7 days for Breakfast
