General Information
Ivory Palms Resort is located in Noosaville on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, just minutes from the Noosa River, Hastings Street, Noosa Main Beach, and the region’s many attractions.
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Yes, complimentary onsite parking is available for guests during their stay.

Accommodation
Ivory Palms Resort offers a range of accommodation options including 1,2 & 3 Bedroom self-contained apartments, villas, and townhouses suitable for couples, families, and groups.
Not all accommodation types are fully self-contained. Some rooms include limited kitchenette facilities, while others feature full kitchens. Please refer to the room description when booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests during your stay.
Pool towels are not included but can be hired for $5 per towel for the duration of your stay.
Should you require additional linen or fresh replacement bath towels these can be arranged during your stay for $5 per towel with other items subject to pricing and availability.

Many apartments and villas include laundry facilities. Please check the individual room descriptions for specific inclusions.
Mid stay services are provided for guests staying 8 nights or more.
Should you require additional linen or fresh replacement bath towels outside of this time, these can be arranged during your stay for $5 per towel with other items subject to pricing and availability.
A starter pack of shampoo, conditioner and soap is provided for your arrival. Additional supplies can be purchased from reception.

Check-in is from 3:00pm.
Check-out is by 10:00am.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed due to high occupancy however you are welcome to leave your bags with us in the event you arrive and the apartment is not ready. We recommend advising our staff of your estimated time of arrival.

The closest airport is Sunshine Coast Airport (Maroochydore), approximately 30 minutes’ drive from the resort.
The resort does not operate its own airport transfer service; however, local shuttle and transport providers are available.
